Creating Reports
Scenario: You want to run a report on all objects that have the status Out of Service and print it to hand it over to a service technician.
Generating a Report Manually Using Run or Run as
Scenario: You want to run an Out of Service report.
- In System Browser, select Reports.
- Locate and select the Report Definition BACnet objects in Out of Service.
- The Report Definition displays.
- Click one of the following:
- Run
to run the Report Definition according to your login language. - Run As
to run the Report Definition according to the selected language. Localized data is retrieved and loaded in the cells of a table/plot in the report. - The report execution status displays in the Report Management section below the report definition. On successful report execution, the generated report displays in Run mode.
Generating a PDF Document
Scenario: You want to create a PDF file from the Out of Service report you generated.
- Click Create and view PDF
. - The PDF file opens in the PDF viewer.
- Click Save as PDF
. - In the Save PDF as dialog box, select the destination.
Printing Manually Generated Reports
- In System Browser, select Reports.
- Click Create and View PDF
. - The PDF output displays.
- Click Print
. - The Print dialog box displays.
- Select the configured printer and click Print.
